Thai Chilli Pickle Dip

What you need

  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 birdseye chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped lemon grass
  • 1 fresh kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
  • 125ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon prepared tomato and chilli pickle

How to make it

  • HEAT a little oil in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
  • STIR in chilli, ginger, lemon grass, lime leaf and coriander and cook a further 10 minutes.
  • ADD lime juice, Philly*, coconut milk and tomato and chilli pickle. Stir over a low heat until smooth.
