What you need
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 birdseye chillies, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped lemon grass
1 fresh kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon lime juice
250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
125ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon prepared tomato and chilli pickle
How to make it
HEAT a little oil in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
STIR in chilli, ginger, lemon grass, lime leaf and coriander and cook a further 10 minutes.
ADD lime juice, Philly*, coconut milk and tomato and chilli pickle. Stir over a low heat until smooth.
