What you need
1 (220g) frozen sweet short crust flan, thawed
125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
100g TOBLERONE Milk Chocolate, melted
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons SR flour
440g can pear halves
50g dark chocolate, melted
cream for serving
How to make it
PRICK pastry all over with a fork then bake at 200°C for 5-8 minutes or until just starting to colour. Allow to cool.
COMBINE together the PHILLY and chocolate and beat until smooth, stir through the egg and flour. Place the pears into the pastry base, and then pour over the chocolate filling.
BAKE in a moderate oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes or until the filling is set. Serve slices drizzled with dark chocolate and a dollop of cream.
