Toblerone Pear Tart

What you need

  • 1 (220g) frozen sweet short crust flan, thawed
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 100g TOBLERONE Milk Chocolate, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons SR flour
  • 440g can pear halves
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted
  • cream for serving

How to make it

  • PRICK pastry all over with a fork then bake at 200°C for 5-8 minutes or until just starting to colour. Allow to cool.
  • COMBINE together the PHILLY and chocolate and beat until smooth, stir through the egg and flour. Place the pears into the pastry base, and then pour over the chocolate filling.
  • BAKE in a moderate oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes or until the filling is set. Serve slices drizzled with dark chocolate and a dollop of cream.
