What you need

Dark Layer:

  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100g TOBLERONE Dark Chocolate, melted
  • 2 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks

White Layer:

  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100g TOBLERONE White Chocolate, melted
  • 1 egg white, beaten to soft peaks
  • 1 punnet blueberries
  • 1 punnet raspberries

How to make it

  • BEAT PHILLY until smooth. Stir in the melted dark chocolate until combined. Fold through egg white. Repeat with white chocolate to make white layer.
  • SPOON PHILLY chocolate mixtures alternately with the berries in parfait glasses, topping lastly with the berries.
  • CHILL for 30 minutes; Serve.
