Method

Place PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment and beat for 1 minute until smooth and combined.

Melt CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate in microwave on 50% power for 1 minute until melted.

Add melted chocolate to PHILLY mix and beat until combined.

Add cream to mixture and continue to whisk until light and fluffy.

Divide the crushed OREO cookies between the serving glasses. Spoon over the chocolate mousse and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Decorate with extra whipped cream, crumbled CADBURY FLAKE and berries/cherries.
