    Method

      Combine the PHILADELPHIA cream cheese and crushed OREO cookies and CADBURY CRUNCHIE Bar in a bowl and mix well. Take 1 tablespoon measure each and roll into balls, place on a lined baking tray. Refrigerate PHILLY balls for 2 hours.

      Melt CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on medium heat for 2 minutes Stir in oil and mix well. Coat each PHILLY ball in melted chocolate, using 2 forks for lifting. Place balls on lined baking tray to set.

      For Spiders: Cut liquorice length way to make legs. Attach legs to chocolate coated balls. Finally decorate the spiders with candy eyeballs (If required dip in a bit of melted chocolate before gently pressing on balls)

      Store in airtight container in refrigerator until required.

    If you are keen to make more Halloween treats, follow the same method as above until Step 2.  When making Ghosts and Eyeballs, to coat the PHILLY balls, use CADBURY Baking White Chocolate.


    For Eyeballs: Decorate the balls with candy eyeballs. Use red icing tubes to draw red veins


    For Ghosts: Roll out royal icing, use an 8cm round cutter to make sheets. Drape over balls and decorate with eyeballs.


    For Bats: Cut OREO mini cookies by half and attach to balls to make wings. Decorate with eyeballs.
