    Method

      Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove its stone, then scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

      Squeeze in the lemon juice then mash with a fork to your desired texture. Season to taste with salt, black pepper

      Spread a thick layer of Sriracha PHILADELPHIA cream cheese on the toast .

      Pile the smashed Avocado. Add flaky sea salt to preference.

      Garnish with chilli flakes, toasted black and white sesame seed and micro greens
