Method

Split bagel in half horizontally.

Spread cut bagel sides with PHILADELPHIA. Layer smoked salmon, red onion, and garnish with the capers, lemon slices and fresh dill.

Set remaining bagel half, PHILADELPHIA side down, over filling. Serve immediately or cover and store up to 24 hours.
PRO TIP If you eat the bagel as a sandwich, remove the skin of the lemon.
